Favourite tea: Builder's

Caoimhe is currently between Dublin and Geneva where she is persistently spelling her name phonetically and trying to figure out her new role as an Associate Youth Officer with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. She believes the creativity, energy and openness to change intrinsic in youth means young people, when supported, can be the best advocates for and drivers of societal wellbeing. This is the carrot on the stick when it comes to her career.

She’s been with Tea Leaf Trust since 2013 after spending a year working and growing (as a person, not in height as she stands at 5 foot) with a staff team of youth who inspired and challenged her. Her focus with Tea Leaf Trust is mainly on fundraising, quality assurance and social entrepreneurship. She loves to cook and eat food (a lot of food), listen to and play music, pretend she’s a yogi and watching any film made by Wes Anderson.
